Below is a brief overview of the health benefits offered to TimePayment employees:
Medical InsuranceHarvard Pilgrim offers a choice of four medical plans; HMO or HMO Best Buy in which you can receive in-network services only. Or the PPO and PPO Best Buy plans where you can receive services from providers that are in or out of the network. PPO coverage for those members not living in the New England area are covered under the United Healthcare network.
Dental InsuranceWe offer comprehensive dental insurance for our employees and their dependents. The Guardian Dental PPO plan offers coverage both in and out of the Guardian network. The annual maximum is $2,500 per covered member and covers preventative services, basic services, major services, as well as child orthodontia.
Vision PlanThe voluntary VSP Vision Plan offers employees and dependents comprehensive coverage for all of their vision needs, including exams, glasses, frames, contacts and even discounts on laser vision correction.
Flexible Spending AccountsMedical FSA - Employees have the ability to set aside up to $2,650 per calendar year on a pre-tax basis for reimbursement of medical expenses. Debit Card - The WageWorks card works much like a debit card and allows you access to funds at the point-of-sale to pay for qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses. Dependent Care FSA - Employees have the ability to set aside up to $5,000 per calendar year on a pre-tax basis for reimbursement of dependent care expenses.
401K Retirement PlanEvery full-time employee is eligible for participation in our 401K account. We offer a discretionary matching program (50% up to a 6% employee contribution amount) and many diverse investment options from which you can choose.
Life, AD&D, and Disability InsuranceTimePayment also offer employees life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, short term disability and long term disability coverage from The Standard Insurance Company. Supplemental life insurance is also available to employees, spouse and eligible children at discounted group rates.
Aflac Supplemental ProtectionAflac supplemental protection for accidents, cancer, critical illness, and disability.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)The EAP is a FREE benefit to our employees and immediate family members. EAP services can help you with child and elder care; alcohol and drug abuse; life improvement; difficulties in relationships; stress and anxiety with work and family; depression; goal-setting; emotional well-being; financial and legal concerns; grief and loss; identity theft and fraud resolution; online will preparation.
Employee ReferralsThe company offers a generous employee referral program in which the company will pay you $1,500 (3 payments of $500 each) if we hire a full-time employee referred by you. Contact our human resources team for more details on the referral program.
