Medical Benefits

Below is a brief overview of the health benefits offered to TimePayment employees:

Medical Insurance

TimePayment offers several different medical plan options. Employees who work in Massachusetts or remotely can select from 2 HMO plans and 2 PPO plans.

Medical Insurance

California-based employees can take advantage of the rich benefits offered through Kaiser Permanente HMO Plan.

Dental Insurance

We offer comprehensive dental insurance for our employees and their dependents. The Guardian Dental PPO plan offers coverage for preventative services, basic services, major services as well as orthodontia.

Vision Plan

The voluntary VSP Vision Plan offers employees and dependents comprehensive coverage for all of their vision needs, including exams, glasses, frames, contacts and even discounts on laser vision correction.

Flexible Spending Account

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a medical reimbursement account that many employees use to help them pay for medical expenses, including co-pays and deductibles, dental, vision and hearing expenses. Funds deposited into an FSA account are pre-tax dollars, and each employee is given a convenient debit benefits card for purchases. You can choose any amount to contribute to your FSA, up to $2,500 per year.

We also offer a dependent care account, which works similar to a traditional FSA, but these funds are to be used on childcare expenses only. Funds deposited into the dependent care account are also pre-tax dollars and you can choose any amount to contribute to this account, up to $5,000 per year.

401K Retirement Plan

Every full-time employee is eligible for participation in our 401K account. We offer a generous matching program (50% up to a 6% employee contribution amount) and many diverse investment options from which you can choose.

Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance

TimePayment also offer employees life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, short term disability and long term disability coverage from The Standard Insurance Company. Supplemental life insurance is also available to employees, spouse and eligible children at discounted group rates.

Aflac Supplemental Protection

Aflac supplemental protection for accidents, cancer, critical illness, and disability.
